We will be planting a garden next weekend. That is what my mom wanted for Mother's Day. It is something we can do together. We are going to plant tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, squash,
peppers, and we are going to try to grow a watermelon. We will be planting marigolds to keep the bugs away. It will be a large garden when we are finished. We hope to be able to have lots of good foods to eat this summer. I am looking forward to having a garden and spending time with my mom.

Oh, I love gardening! What a great family activity:) I hope you get lots of yummy veggies. My dogs always eat all my squash plants :(
